i never referred anyone... i can't have... but if i did, i'd so take normal (but if it's voltorb or electrode, i'd change it to shiny if possible lol)

Lotad evolves at level 14, not with a Waterstone.

Lombre evolves into Ludicolo. Lotad does not do anything with a Water Stone until it is a Lombre.
